What to have ready
- A current photo ID for every signer: driver's license, state ID, or passport.
- The complete document, unsigned. We have to watch you sign.
- Witnesses, if your document needs them. We can bring them for a fee.
- For hospital visits, the signer must be alert and able to understand the document.

Can you give legal advice or tell me which form I need?
No. Notaries in Ohio can't give legal advice or choose documents for you. Talk to an attorney or the office asking for the document, then we'll notarize it.
My parent is in the hospital. Can you help?
Yes. We do bedside signings at hospitals and care facilities. The signer needs a valid ID and must be aware and willing to sign.
Do you work with title companies and lenders?
Yes. We handle loan signings and can print, sign, and scan back packages the same day. Title companies can add us as a signer by calling or emailing.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the appointment. Ask about payment options when you book.
